Ich verstehe das Problem mit den fehlenden Stimmen der Auslandsdeutschen jetzt nicht zu 100%. In Deutschland ist man scheinbar mehr besorgt um die demokratische Teilhabe von Deutschen die dauerhaft nicht hier leben und deren Alltag dementsprechend nicht oder nur wenig von unserer Politik beeinflusst wird, als um die Teilhabe Nichtdeutscher, die dauerhaft hier leben oder das wenigsten wollen und deren Rechte hier über ihre Köpfe hinweg zur Debatte gebracht werden. Oder die ~15% deren Stimmen durch die undemokratische 5% Hürde entwertet werden.

I just sat there for two hours formulating a response to a bad take and then I just didn't hit send. Because honestly, I got all the enjoyment that there was to have out of this interaction:

- I got to explain stuff, which I like to do.

- I got to explore my own thoughts on the matter more deeply and put them in a comprehensible format, which is surely beneficial.

The old battery is heavier than my phone, bigger than my phone, but my phone's battery has about the same capacity.
And I have a ~5-6 year old powerbank here for my phone that is about the same size and weight as the laptop's battery but has 4 times the capacity.

So you'd think that a replacement battery available in 2024 would have 4 or 5 times the capacity of the og battery, right? Apparently they don't. I've seen replacement batteries ranging in price from 25 to 150€ and all of them have the same og capacity. Why?

Trying to comment anything on #youtube has become such a chore. It's all controlled by the algorithm and the algorithm is at best just a randomiser.

I have to rephrase most of my comments 3 or 4 times and then they often still do not remain visible. I have no idea why. Doesn't matter what I'm talking about or which words I use.

While I can't talk about music, art, software, makeup, etc. - let alone politics, neurodivergency or queer issues, I do however still see nazi comments on youtube on the regular.

Somehow that shit gets through. Every youtube video by a trans creator that I watch has transphobes in the comment section saying whatever vile shit they have on their mind. But don't you dare try to reply even just "this is transphobic" or "you are a bigot" - the algorithm has decided you are disturbing the peace.
