Salt marshes — sometimes called the “kidneys of the landscape” — clean pollutants from water and are better than forests at capturing carbon. The preservation and restoration of tidal marshes and coastal wetlands are considered critical in the fight against climate change.

Enough is enough. Stop the further loss of critical habitat!
