I think it's good the ARC have provided some certainty here. Also good that the DECRA & Future Fellowship schemes will run again.But...

ARC haven’t clarified if info is lost completely or can be restored.

Each of these apps has 30+ CIs & international PIs. Apps due in 10 days.
