A user name just reminded me of Death Bed: The Bed That Eats and how amazing the results can be when someone figures out how to use their limitations.

A high budget version of that film might have had expensive special effects to give the bed a big mouth that chomped people. It would have been rubbish.

Instead we got things and people sinking into foam on the bed followed by glorious underwater shots of them dissolving in liquid. Magnificent. True art.
