In #MHWilds the "main", that is, low-rank storyline galloped throughout like it was being chased. I feel like this design is a direct consequence of the storyline in World (I'm omitting rise since wilds seems more of a sequel to world than rise) dragging on terribly. I feel, however, that the sweet spot lies somewhere in between.

There are many changes in wilds compared to world that I'm fond of though. Getting authorization from the guild to hunt seems a direct response to all the memes about how we're essentially just poachers committing ecocide. Well, now we might still be committing ecocide but it's all stamped and legitimized by an authority so who are we to say no?

Because it seems to me that a majority of posts go without a reply. And I think the replies don't have to be profound. Of course there are faves and boosts for when you have nothing to add, but I'd personally be happy even with a silly joke reply, or a small related comment. Although maybe I'm in the minority here. In fact, I'll try for a poll in response here to see how people feel maybe.

I don't even care if the rich person "deserves" the money (which, no, they don't), it's just plainly that they don't need it. Buses for regular folk before porsches for executives. Free lunches for school kids before caviar for shareholders. A single apartnent for every household before giant investment groups buying up property en masse.

How could anyone think that this is controversial?
