These past two weeks have been an important lesson in why you must give yourself time to rest, even if you're really passionate about what you're working on.

I'm working on a gamejam which should be fun and exciting, but the way I've been treating it to work on it nonstop from start to finish has taken its toll on my physical health in ways I have never experienced before... All of a sudden I now understand how people can die from doing this kind of thing. It's extremely scary. Today is my last day to finish working on this gamejam and I'm confident we have an amazing product, but I'm going to need to take some time to get my health back into check, and it feels like a setback in a couple of ways. Not super happy with myself.
