It's what you do with those things. How the small bonuses the engineered things give you an edge is a bonus, only the activity/mission is the gameplay.

The engineering loop should be able to be skipped completely if it's not enjoyed. But so much seems locked behind it, makes it a major part of the loop.. it's not a fun loop.

One observation on Odyssey foot based suit engineering. It's good for a small single player fps. Terrible for a massive multiple space...

Missions borked in ways ship based missions don't. I can't imagine it was easy to develop, but I would say it could use a little more love to get it right.

Well.. Elon seems determined to annihilate a platform he paid 44 billion of dollars for. (Considering 1 billion is 1000 million and for us normal folk, if we saved $2000 every month for 40 years, we'd get 1 million is Obscene) and Elon paid 44 billion for Twitter. To save that much would take 1.7 million years. (Not accounting for interest) or get everyone in Manchester to save $2000 a month for 20 years and give it all to One Man. For him to piss away.
