Also since I have receive several comments from folks in the last 24 hours expressing concern for my safety in light of the fires in California. I want to take a moment and assure folks myself and my household are safe. The fires are in Southern California. About 6+ hours away from where I live in San Francisco Bay Area. This also applies to Caerdwyn and his household who lives less than 40 minutes away from me.

However I want to thank everyone who expressed their concern for my well being and my wife Smudge. Both Smudge and I are from the LA Basin and we still have friends down there, so we are familiar with some of the areas that are being effected.

Also how do kids at that age run so fast with such short legs? I decided to humorously portray that by giving Flurry Heart those Roadrunner legs from the cartoon.

I imagined that Cadence and Flurry Heart were dressed up like this for some New Years photo shoot, but Flurry, who's probably loaded up on too many holiday cookies, has other ideas.

Once again it's the time of year when food charities are at their greatest need. With inflation rising but wages stagnant or lowering, more people than ever are relying upon food banks to stave off hunger. This is why we once again ask you to help Second Harvest of Silicon Valley (the highest-rated food charity on Charity Navigator) in their mission to ensure everyone who needs food gets it.

A website has been set up for it already. If you wish to donate follow this https://www.justgiving.com/page/baron2024. We had a set a goal of $2,000 USD. As of this morning we have met that goal, but every dollar is needed to help those most in need.

Because we've met the established goal this stream is going to be NSFW.

Once again I'll be raising money for Second Harvest of Silicon Valley. With the cost of everything going up, many families and individuals are feeling the economic squeeze even more during the Holiday Season.

We have a goal to raise $2,000 USD that evening. If we met that goal the stream would become NSFW. If you wish to make an early donation here is the Link. https://www.justgiving.com/page/baron2024
