The bottle did have a warning that bleached areas may not hold onto dye as well.
Welp, the pants are finally dry enough to say: the bottle was right.
It's way better than it was, but the rest of the pants are completely black (I was going for a deep blue...) and the splatters are still definitely there...
Oh well. They were a write-off anyways.

Nothing for the longest time.
Literally not a peep for 16 months.
Suddenly last week it just sent me like 5 notifications over a few days about edits to the sheet. Legitimately they went from almost nothing of note done beyond the basic scope to actually finishing two entire story arcs.
I can't see exactly what's been changed, since I don't have access to the version history, but it's finally over halfway done!
And from what I recall, it seems it's all one team member taking charge and banging this all out, so I'm excited!

This is the first time that I've roomed with people I only know online.
I had a great time with them, and am gonna miss them a lot. But because of that, I don't know when I'm gonna see them again, if ever.

I was experimenting again, this time with LLama 3.2, since it is a LOT faster, lighter to run, and SUPPOSEDLY better, but ran into a couple issues:
It is FAR more conversational in nature. It'll still do as it's told (love that in an LLM), but now it's rewriting my prompts?!
It literally did the thing where it started with "let the narrative be free from romantic content" when I was explicitly asking it to write smut >.>

I was messing with AI story generation (just wanted to see strengths and weaknesses) and there is one that's recommended for lower-end GPUs (IE: less than 12GB of VRAM. My GPU is old.), and claims to be uncensored.
It appears to get it better at writing smut, they trained it on a LOT of smut.
Plus they never trained the model on the distinction between input and output.

I wrote a general outline of a story and asked it to flesh it out.

The AI then starts with ", and make it more sexual and arousing, filled with affection."
And then promptly just rewrites just the last sentence of the outline, and suddenly they're having sex for some reason.

Instead of comforting your partner when they have a problem, blowjobs make everything better.
Also you can totally whisper sweet nothings into your partner's ear while you give them a blowjob. Nothing impossible about that!

Honestly, even WITH the 100% tarrif making it $80k... that's compelling.
The Tesla Model 3 has about half that range on the long-range version, double the 0-60 time, and starts at $42k
You wanna move up to the S, and you're looking at $75k base model.

The 100% tarrif isn't unreasonable for being THAT competitive.

It does change it from "gimme that car now" to "I'll want to see long-term lifespan on that", tho.

In the week since I announced I was dating someone (something they have explicitly told me to do because they always felt out of the loop in my life), every single person who either had a crush on me, or I had a crush on them at some point, but we never dated, has come to me in private messages talking about how they feel I hate them/don't care about them at all.

Sure, it could be a coincidence and I'm just a shitty friend. Possibility.
