Today is my mom‘s birthday, so I’ve texted her a couple of times to wish her a happy birthday and see what she has planned. No response, so I finally texted my brother to see if he took her out this evening.
It turns out that my brothers have been calling her all day to talk to her and wish her a happy birthday, too. So my oldest brother finally drove over to check on her and found that she is just fine. Her phone simply wasn’t working.
What a relief.
