I studied 629 hours of foreign languages in 2022 (210 hours of #Croatian, 167h #Greek, 69h #Russian, 37h #Chinese + various others).

Key take-aways:
1. Short goal-based sprints in order to get started in a language, e.g. for #Russian I did a 90 day challenge with the goal of being able to have a 15-minute conversation at the end. That's not reading Pushkin nor true fluency, but it's a useful ability.
