I saw Thunderbolts* with my youngest kid yesterday during the day. We were two of five people in the theater. It was glorious.

I had had a rough morning involving a lot of gut-wrenching calls. Hanging out with one of my kids was the perfect counter and improved the day one thousand percent.

Both of us are kind of tired of comic movies, but we both like this one a lot. It had the right mix of humor and pathos.

Also, there are two post credit scenes (one is ALL the way at the end).

My son pointed out that appending -[a random string] to the end of a Google search removes its AI assistant.

I've tried it out and it works. I have taken to using -noai and now I don't get the AI search assistant for searches that have it when I search without -noai.

I saw a turkey vulture taking care of some roadkill on the way into my neighborhood today. It was gross, but also really cool.

The bird was pretty big and wasn't scared of me at all. It just kept an eye on me as I passed by and kept going about its business eating.

Saw A Minecraft Movie with my two oldest teenagers. They grew up playing endless hours of minecraft. It is a dumb fun movie. Jason Mamoa steals the show by enthusiasticly being willing to be the butt of many of the jokes and sight gags. The rest of the cast is also a lot of fun. It looks like they had fun making it and that shows through on screen. Jack Black is the perfect real life version of Minecraft's Steve.

Watching with a theater full of kids helped.
