Meanwhile, I keep seeing #MediaLiteracy academics do critical inquiry of #AI by—wait for it—*using an AI bot* to do it for them!

Is that not the opposite of critical inquiry? Like accountants auditing a firm by asking: "So tell me: how do you feel about your books?"
