A #ritual of #catharsis could be a #bacchanal rite in which ones dances and give oneself completely up to the rhythm and song. Dancing oneself to extasy, engage in divine madness, loosing oneself in the #dance, exhaust the body to the limits until you fall and emerging cleansed after the #rite.
