I went climbing for the 2nd time in 3 days (instead of once a week) and I got this weird feeling in my arms, I expected soreness but it was general pain on both arms, like the kind of pain when you get a shot and your entire arm hurts? First time I've felt that working out.

Obviously I called it a day since that wasnt helping me climb lol, either way, odd.
