@gbhnews Sam Turken: the problem in Worcester isn't dirt roads, it's private roads. I grew up on a dirt road in Michigan. Every spring the city sent a road grader up the road and it was fine. Dirt roads just need to be maintained. A lot of people who live on Worcester private roads aren't even homeowners, they're renters. Not only can't they afford road maintenance, they have no idea how to get together with their neighbors to plan it, or who to contact.
