In today’s productivity hacks, I have discovered that putting someone on the TV that I’ve seen before/don’t really care about (in this case, Selling Sunset) while I work helps sooo much with my focus. It doesn’t distract, it just keeps me from drifting away to my phone because I can get enough stimulation from looking at the screen for 5 seconds.

I guess it’s basically the opposite of how I need to do something with my hands (crocheting, drawing) during a lecture to pay attention. I need both to stay engaged in either.
