Finally threw all my test objects into Tiled tonight before I start hand coloring them. I may or may not make my #dungeon23 out of these if it's not too crazy (It's gonna be crazy)

I won't list anything, you can look it up yourself. Strategies, convos, medications, etc. work differently for different folks, and the only way to learn is to try diff. stuff yourself.

I have a ways to go, but I've seen small but noticeable improvements in my life.

It's funny, but now that I look back at some of my life experiences, I see how ADHD shaped my interactions in work and in my personal life. I guess the best place to get started is to educate yourself- read, watch videos, have conversations with professionals
