Does anyone have a recommendation for someone to come out and figure out why water leaks (slowly) into our basement, where the water service line penetrates our foundation?

I had Olde Towne Plumbing come out, and they said an excavating company would be the best bet to have someone dig down and waterproof from the outside. However, the owner is on vacation and never contacted me regarding a recommendation.

They are talking about reopening the Regional Infectious Containment Unit (RICU) and moving / scaling down the beds of unit that Alex (RN wife) works in.
