I don't know what's happening in Richtersveld where population supposedly doubled in 10 years. (6.8% per year = double in 10.5 years.) Maybe a data validity issue because of Census undercount.

For a long time I have been looking for a map of the jurisdictions of the High Court divisions; no such thing seems to exist on the Internet. Finally a report has come out from the Justice Dept that gave me the information to draw one myself.

Additionally the report proposed a major rationalisation of the divisions, so I mapped the proposal as well.
