The irony is that while this naturally leads to disdain for "low-effort" generative AI, it is also incredibly harmful to artists.

It is built with click, and it contains a lot of repeated code. That is wrapped up in various decorator functions, but they become difficult to modify and maintain.
So I made click-partial (name subject to change?) to make building re-usable decorators easier. They are defined in the same way as commands.
I'm interested in feedback. Would this actually be helpful to anyone but me?

Automatic crash dumps still work because they go to a different system, so I can see that this affects all current releases of #Ubuntu, and the change happened shortly before 7am UTC on the 23rd of January.

These crawlers are different to the ones used by search engines and they al share a common bug: they think that any GET variable on the URL means it is a unique page, causing them to get stuck fetching the same page over and over. Google's crawler doesn't do this. The broken ones were probably written by the same LLMs they are training.
