Need some advice: my father, who doesn't believe he can vote this election, can actually do so. I'm debating whether or not I should tell him.

He leans conservative, in a rather apathetic "I get my opinions from TV news" sense, and I don't like him as a person, but with the cop-mayor attempting a power grab with these ballot proposals, I could possibly at least convince him to vote NO for those. But would that even be worth it if he doesn't vote Dem eleewhere in the ballot?
