I'm tired and haven't slept at all in 3 days. They seem to be taking me seriously so far. Which is probably because my mom is speaking for me because I've completely lost my voice.

I was in the ER last night from 7:03 PM to 4:45 AM just to find out I've had the flu all week, my side is not seriously injured despite being in 12 out of 10 pain for three days, I wasn't sent home without pain management. I'm currently crying because of the pain and my inability to cough anything up. My mom is picking up antibiotics and a good cough medicine that's going to help with pain. I hate this. I wish I were better.

Today is Soup Sunday! I thought I wouldn't be able to taste the soup because I'm sick, but for some reason the soup is one of the only things I can taste.

Today's soup is Crockpot Hashbrown Potato soup. It has everything in I want in a soup. Most importantly, bacon. The potatoes, bacon, carrots, and cheese meld so well together. I put chives in mine. It was so good I had 2 bowls!

I give this soup a 9.5 out of 10!

I did the neurodivergent thing where I have a safe meal that is consistently tasty and requires no thought and is easy to make so I just keep eating it for lunch and dinner. It's Garlic and Olive Oil Vermicelli Pastaroni. I need that to not be the only thing I eat. I haven't been getting protein. I sat down and made a meal plan and grocery list and went to the store. No exercise bike today. I ran errands and I woke up 2 hours earlier than usual. I just don't have it in me today, and that's fine. I'm going to do my workout tomorrow because I'm going out to eat and I'd like to work some of it off. Also my goal was to exercise 4-5 times a week. When I exercise tomorrow that'll be the 4th day of the week meaning I will meet my goal! I'm proud of myself for being consistent.
