Last week, my manager's manager was fired, after less than 2.5 months in the job. The sad thing is that he was probably the only one who's not happy with the decision.
This is the first time I've seen someone burn their credit so fast and so thoroughly. I really wonder what is his point of view on how he got there, because from where I stand, it looked like a combination of missing skills and lack of effort. Surely, no one would do that intentionally, right?
