I want to be healthier. I can formulate that goal as either: go to the gym 3 times per week (habit) or lose 10kg or bench press 100kg (output)

I wonder if you have any thoughts on this and what works better for you?

Like, one goal I’m thinking about is to say ”release one thing per quarter ” which is output. I can also have a goal of ”code 3 evenings per week” which is what the process of releasing something would actually look like

Of course that would mean half finished projects…
