But on large projects, with perhaps dozens of devs, avoiding globals is critical. It allows everyone to develop without fear of breaking some unknown dependency.

Even though I still like #React more, I'm doing the bulk of my work in #Angular4. And after some time, an app, when developed strictly within the bounds of Angular best practices, has great internal beauty. I always found #AgnularJS to be ugly both in implementation and interface. A4 still has a lot of boilerplate, and is a bit ugly in interface, but the implementation is very impressive.
