As someone who didn’t really post a lot, (mostly) moving to #mastodon has meant I also consume less, because I don’t get spoon-fed content. I miss the dopamine rush of being sure something new will be coming up, but it also makes me decide how to spend my own time. Worth it, I think.

I am a #clinicalPsychologist and #psychotherapy #researcher.

I am currently in Førde, #Norway, doing very fun things with self-report data, mostly from #NorseFeedback, and thinking about systems for delivering mental healthcare. Currently an Associate Editor at Psychotherapy Research. We used to live in New York and I still have connections to Weill Cornell.

I have two kids, like to read user manuals, and am chronically over-aware of my own flaws.
