This is good news for my hometown - #York The previous definition in the consultation meant that anything that did not contribute strongly to BOTH (b) AND (d) would be grey belt - in which case, most of York's GreenBelt would get reclassified as Grey.

They cynic in me is disappointed - a government listening to a consultation and adapting the policy in response?
