Yeah turns out losing easily the nicest way of typing on an ipad was not something I 'got over'.

If I'm holding the ipad, which is like 99% of usage, I can't type with two hands anymore, which annoys me to the extent that I now barely type anything on it.

Really disappointed with Apple removing the split keyboard, I don't understand it, and I don't like it.

What was unexpected, was Windows not making it back to the login prompt, but instead plastering a full screen WANNA GET WINDOWS 11? screen, with a mild dark pattern of "no thanks win10 is fine".

So none of the overnight backup scripts or things fired because of a giant, unwanted, piece of promotion. Wonderful.
