....but then I remembered that past me set up btrfs snapshots with snapper, so I just went into `.snapshots` and copied back the files I lost. Very recommended for anyone running their own server!

Incidentally, this is a great reason why RAID Isn't Enough, a lot of people try to protect their data with RAID arrays, but for this, my data would have been happily toasted from every copy
