The screenshots included make it look like the photos are in a DAM or Drupal system? If this was just used for publishing photos, but the photos are preserved elsewhere, it might not be quite as bad as it sounds. 26000 photos sounds incredibly small for DoD, but especially for #borndigital photos, these might really be the only copies. Anyone know more? #digipres 3/3

We all got off the train together. Then I could hear them making fun of me (whatever). I realized one of them was wearing a Misfits sweatshirt, which I found extra sad. Admittedly, you can probably buy a Misfits sweater at H&M, so he probably doesn’t even listen to punk. But it’s sad to see anyone with even a vague interest in punk treating someone badly because they’re poor and possibly dealing with addiction. Ugh, maybe the kids aren’t alright. 2/2

I have to admit, I more or less ignored him (there was an issue with my connecting train that I was focused on). Then I heard a bunch of teenagers mimicking him and making jokes after he passed by. So I told them off for making fun of him, asking if they think it’s funny to laugh at him because he’s poor and what their problem is. They denied making fun of him & acted like typical little $***s 1/2

Today we had a small internal film crew filming in our archives. I'm not sure that the footage will ever be used, but I still feel excited and a little bit like a movie star. And even if the footage isn't used, I'll hopefully eventually be able to talk about this fun, nerdy project. #archives #archivesAdvocacy

Today is #switchday. My X account is already deactivated (should be fully deleted soon), so I celebrated by deactivating/deleting my Facebook account. I also imported my Instagram photos to #pixelfed. I’m not fully off of Meta apps, but I am trying to spend more time in the #fediverse and less with apps that feel increasingly toxic, even if I value some of the connections they allow.
