It took a while to understand the gloves anatomy (thumb gusset, casting on to bridge the gap, etc.) and took a lot of trying and reknitting to fit the receiver’s hands. It is an intimidating project but I am very surprised how fast this knits up. Might make one for myself later

After knitting for only a year and a bit, i have already noticed so many flaws in my older knitted pieces. I just unraveled one of the sweater and saved the yarns for other projects completely, planned to lengthen and picked a different bind-off technique for another 2 tops, and i will likely reknit the baret (the one in profile picture) again. This time with tighter gauge and hopefully get it to felt.
