Spanish courts have given carte blanche to LaLiga (Spanish football rulers) to dictate what IPs to block each week. For 3rd week in a row, they have blocked CLOUDFLARE, and the ISPs who aren't fighting back at all are washing their hands of this as if it wasn't 100% the quality of the service. Disgusting.
