Holiday personal devops project: take a look at switching from Ubunutu to #NixOS...

It's amazing to me that I can make a folder with a test configuration and, in a single command, build and launch a VM mimicking the resulting system, all before ever installing the OS! I can work out all the app, user, and service configurations in fully advance! 🤩
