I kinda accidentally picked Collect, Synthesize, Share. It describes how I process ideas from conversations and events into new concepts, and it's flexible enough to cover other interpretations. I'll go blog these, giving myself a little time to think through the implications. But I wanted to announce them on the first like all the cool kids.

Glorifying these stories grates on me.
1. Few towns will have this kind of rich alum to come "save" them.
2. There are people already in that town doing great things without the attention.
3. No one person saves a town.
4. Money is rarely the answer, or even the question.
