For those who extensively browse the map, there is two lightweight alternatives by @gjo (https://hda3.dev/tcrno9/) and @wupatz (https://minimap.dedyn.io).

Faster than Followmychallenge, except you'll not have the rider's path.

On the first one, you can even point to a specific rider : add #number to the url.
On the second, hillshade option available, useful in hilly region.

He sadly scratched in Lausanne yesterday.

Two others riders (the legendary Mikko Mäkipää, who finished all the previous editions ; and Frank Peters) did the same choice to reach CP1. Let's see if it pays off.
