Moved on from my first cage pretty quickly when I knew it wasn't a good fit. Got the second one yesterday and put it on as soon as I could. I'm really happy, it is a much better fit and is more comfortable. I can really tell I'm going in the right direction because of the precum that's leaking out.

I know I've still got a long way to go but I've made the first steps. I'll stick with this one for some time before I go to the next one. Thanks for the encouragement!
