Ihr werdet durch unsere patriachale Gesellschaft trotzdem besser bezahlt als Frauen. Ihr werdet ernst genommen, ihr seid "durchsetzungsstark", während Frauen zu viel emotional oder gar hysterisch sind. Medizinische Forschung erfolgte jahrzehntelang auf Basis von Männern. Frauen wurden wegen ihrer Hormone nicht in die Forschung einbezogen, ist ja viel zu kompliziert, das weiter zu beforschen.

Mich widern Männer an, die rumheulen, dass sie sich ja gar nichts haben zuschulden kommen lassen und man sie doch bitte nicht hassen soll, weil pauschaler Männerhass sei ja gruppenbezogene Menschenfeindlichkeit wie Rassismus.

Dass diese Männer seit Geburt von unserer patriachalen Gesellschaft profitieren, die Frauen systematisch benachteiligt, haben die nicht auf dem Schirm.

In einer patriachalen Gesellschaft ist JEDER Mann ein Täter.

War seit August 2023 nicht mehr auf einem Animexx Treffen München. Es hat sich viel getan, die neu gebaute alte Location ist seit letztem Jahr wieder in Betrieb.

Hab mich aus privaten Gründen letztes Jahr raus genommen, d.h. werde das neue Gebäude morgen das erste Mal sehen.

Bin schon gespannt, wie's geworden ist.

Und bin auch gespannt, wen man so alles treffen wird.

Besides the dumbbells I use weight cuffs for some of the leg exercises.

Additionally, I try to change my diet. More vegetables, when sugar then fruits instead of chocolate etc. Ar at least less chocolate/just one small piece per day 😬

And I wanna start #bicycling to my workplace again.

Every 2y I intend to improve my #fitness and #bodyawareness through #physicalexercise.

As 2024 was not easy for me and I haven't done much, it's hard to start again. Even my 2.5 kg dumbbells seem too heavy for me, but I intend to do a 30 minutes workout every second day.

Some of the exercises are:
- shoulder press
- front and lateral arm raises
- front and lateral leg raises
- sumo squats
- crunches
- bird dog crunches

15x 2 rounds

My next aim is to do these on a daily basis.

In this novel Daniela writes autobiographical about her obese mother and how her father humiliated and bullied her.

I picked this novel in the book store and expected the topics #feminism #bodyshaming and #childhood in it.

„Lügen über meine Mutter“ has also been on the shortlist for the #GermanBookAward in 2022.

There are about 2.400 adult birds and some of the couples do not want to raise their chicks. Therefore, the Kiwis operate a breeding center close to Dunedin.

The short clip shows some near adult Hoihos at the center. They‘ll be set free as soon as they’re able to fend for themselves.

Read it within two days, that's really fast tbh. However, I don't own the other six books yet and I'm unsure if I should switch from the paperback to the ebook version, as some of the ebooks are really cheap (2,90€, 4,99€ etc.)

On the other hand, I've so many other books to read.
