I usually get the card scanned to verify the worth. I guess the secure gifting equivalent is to INTERAC money then put the desired store in the comment box? Or make a trip to an ATM or bank for cash😳

I like the idea of simmering with a cinnamon stick before adding the custard mixture but this rice doesn't look creamy to me. Next I'm going to try *Thai sticky rice.
