I have occasionally found myself writing what other people wanted--this has usually resulted in me becoming completely uninterested in what I was writing. Mostly due to trying too hard to make whoever it is happy with what I'm writing.

That would be impossible to say. I tend to like really detailed "point out each part the reader liked" comments, but I also think key smashes, hearts, people being performatively exasperated or amused by characters, are fun/cute.
