Do not let them out to potty unsecured or alone!

If your animal gets loose, post on facebook pages, next door, pawboost, call your non-emergency dispatch, look for them once things are quiet, and show up to the shelter in person.

Consider donating to our new pet pantry or our fosters instead of fireworks! Contact us for ways to donate food directly or if you need help with dog or cat food!

This is Teddy.

You wouldn't know it to look at him, but this 6-month-old kitten is part Maine Coon. Starving and shunned by his semi-feral colony in northern Utah, Teddy was picked up by one of our fosters, and is now being fed and cared for.

But poor Teddy has been sick for too long. His eye infection hasn't responded to standard treatment, and he NEEDS to be seen by a vet.

We get so many sick cats every year, and our budget will not currently allow us to take on another medical case. If you can, please share or donate so we can try to get this absolute teddy bear the treatment he desperately needs!

One of our volunteers rushed to rescue a kitten from a rural area where animal control doesn't contract with the shelter to take cats.

This poor little guy's mom and two siblings were killed by a dog when they went into an unsafe backyard. 😿

That's why we have such a focus on trap-neuter-return for feral cats to help the cat overpopulation problem. So that more feral cats don't suffer.
