Easy to make, and about 160mg of sodium a serving when I substitute my trusty Grana Padano cheese instead of parmesan. The vodka adds a bit of sweetness to the overall taste, and the alcohol burns off while cooking, which is a good thing as it's about as close as I can get to booze. https://mastodon.social/@chrishu...Just back from an absolutely terrific concert - The Yellowjackets - accompanied by an equally terrific "pickup" band of 14 Toronto musicians, including Kevin Turcotte and David Occhipinti (I wish I could remember all the other names, because they were all superb.) The Yellowjackets have been together for 47 years, and I've been listening to them for pretty well that entire time. This was their first time in Toronto (!), and they nailed it.#jazz #yellowjacketsjazz #torontojazz
