On November 30th, Awair are "sunsetting" some of their air quality monitors. Usually that means no new updates. Awair is going the whole hog and actively breaking them - they'll still measure air quality, but the app won't work and they're even preventing access to the local API. There's a display on some models but it's a series of pinhole LEDs and unintelligible. Beware of second hand ones - they're basically doorstops. Ironically, this is a disaster for the environment because they'll end up in landfill. #smarthome
