The price for being out of shape, now I can barely move. My hair looked great though.

Yesterday we brought a teeny bit of my mom's ashes to a place in St. Croix US Virgin Islands where sea turtles nest, she loved the ocean and the beach and sea turtles, then later when we were on a boat looking back at the place on the beach where we were earlier, we saw turtles swimming in the water right there. Farewell Jac, we love you forever.

It's not darkest just before the dawn, it's darkest exactly halfway between sunset and sunrise, when the sun is on the opposite side of the earth from where you are. Assuming there's no moon.
