Very niche problem I encountered, but for anyone getting a big pixelated cursor in GTK apps on Gnome 47.0, the reason is probably because you set your "org.gnome.desktop.interface cursor-size" to a value that isn't a power of 2. Mine was "30" when it should have been "32"

I found the solution by checking my systemd journal with "journalctl --user -e" while opening affected apps.
