I've been thinking about In The Pale Moonlight. Surely Jadzia has to eventually realise what Sisko has done, right? One day she's walking through this hypothetical scenario with him describing what would convince the Romulans to enter the war, then suddenly there's a Romulan ambassador assassinated, details of this same "Dominion plot" to conquer Romulus is revealed and the Star Empire suddenly enters the war.

I bet she was very pissed and disappointed, as well as relieved by the result.

Backtracked to TGG DS9 season 6 after realising I must have stopped when the pandemic began, and now I'm remembering just how strong a season of DS9 it was. It has a killer 6 part opener, some of the strongest funny episodes of the whole season and, of course, Far Beyond the Stars. Might have to rewatch it soon.
