Found grossest part of my kitchen: ceiling fan uncleaned since 2003. White top now resembles Silvio Berlusconi’s toupee: dark, fuzzy, unnatural. 409? Scrub sponge? Nope. Magic Eraser scraped the goo into black nubs that fell into motor housing & now spray out when fan runs.👍🏻

(It’s because ground is way more efficient, but costlier to install due to digging.)
