I love tech as a concept and how it can help people, which is a reason I've loved working in Healthcare IT. And I'm privileged to have a great network of friends and former coworkers who are willing to go to bat for me, but even that doesn't matter as much right now among the hiring freezes.

Whether from layoffs due to restructuring to chase the next thing, or the pressure put on the remaining people to meet unrealistic goals of infinite growth. Seeking jobs in this environment sucks.

On the job market again with some more time under my belt in Healthcare IT Product Management. Practically though, as things have changed the past few years, I think I am more of a TPM.

I'm used to sitting with developers and being both their translator, advocate, and interpreting the signs and symbols of customer and stakeholder requirements into action.

While I was in Charleston this morning, I experienced the most wind I ever have, and count myself lucky I was able to get to Nashville safely and am getting home to Austin.

It does feel like all events there should have been cancelled, but in addition the one I was at I saw several more. And heard from someone that there was at least one complaint that the golf course was closed
