Finished the wonderful Rosewater by @GrundislavGames yesterday. It's not your classic hard puzzles adventure brainer, but it's a very well written story - actually multiple little, sweet stories interwoven in one big story - and it's really fun to play.

The characters are great and so well voiced and there's never a dull moment.

The developer of #CarolReed forwarded a mail by a player today where she is criticizing the LGBTQIA+ themes in the recent games "even before the LGBTQ plague" started.

He said he didn't even notice it in the games and had no actual intent to even put it there, but is happy that it can apparently be found and will probably put even more in the next games now. 😂

I'm happy I created #EgoVenture for this guy. 🥰

Sadly, #TheSinsOfNewWells, the first DLC of #TheRiseOfTheGoldenIdol is already done. And, again, it was such a great thing to play. So...

Can't wait for the next one.

I wonder if Mafia II Definitive Edition was done before the Mafia I one, because it's so much worse than it.

I mean, Mafia II was always the worse one of the two in terms of story, characters and atmosphere, but a "definitive edition" should be able to iron out stuff like twitching models, characters missing to get into the car and stuff. And overall the facial expressions are soooo much better in Mafia I.

Not THAT puzzle-heavy, more exploration-like and some machine puzzles and quicktime-esque events.

Brought it up using #Distrobox on my #SteamDeck running on #BazziteOS as there is no AppImage (yet, I guess) - what an interesting concept.

Ghostty looks great currently.
