In some very rare moments it even feels like enough - I feel enough. When that happens I get a warm feeling around my heart and I feel genuine love for myself. Funnily enough is that this time they didn't play my favorite song: Need Somebody. But that was ok, I even was somewhat relieved, because it would've probably made me break out in tears. In 2020 I was kind of crushed after the concert. I needed somebody - and had no one. Today I also needed somebody.

I lost *a lot* of close connections to people. But I also got to know a lot of new ones a bit. I got hurt quite bad - physically and emotionally. But there also was a lot of healing and helpful hands to get back up again, kind of. It has been an insane rollercoaster ride, and I'm a very different person now. This concert felt like a milestone, like a lap that I completed. I feel like I'm supposed to learn from my experiences now and do some things differently. And I do.

The concert today helped me to connect again a bit to myself, to allow my own presence. It sparked some energy and I was able to tap into my emotions. I'm fighting depression again in the past months so this attendance was a great success. I almost didn't go to the concert. But I knew I owed it to myself. The first time I saw this band was in march 2020 - right before the whole isolations and lockdowns etc happened. So, so much has changed since then.

I just had the pleasure to be at a Last Internationale concert again, in a small club. There weren't many people there - which is a huge privilege with this band. I went to the venue and felt like an alien. I brought a book to read in the sunshine before doors opened. All around me there were people enjoying some company outside. I once again was weirding out everyone by being alone and pretending to be fine with that. Sometimes speaking human is just impossible for me.

successfully replaced the headband and ear pads of my bluetooth headphones. The ear pads are surprisingly easy to change, you just twist them 90 degrees and they come right off. For replacing the headband I had to do some finicky soldering to first get one of the speakers off, but in the end it worked out. Context: over time the fake leather wears down, I guess because of sweat and stuff
